Where do you ship your products? 

We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 



Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at smokeandrosesco@gmail.com


How can I check the status of my order? 


You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email smokeandrosesco@gmail.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
