What payment forms do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), along with ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal and ApplePay.

Do you accept gift cards? 

We only accept Smoke & Roses Co. gift cards as a form of payment.

Where do you ship your products? 

We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are mailed within 48 hours of processing and take 3-5 days to arrive after shipping.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Do you ship internationally? 

If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to smokeandrosesco@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at smokeandrosesco@gmail.com

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email smokeandroses@gmail.com and we'll help resolve your issue!
