At Smoke & Roses, we believe in a beautifully clean and long-lasting candle experience. Follow our tips and tricks to ensure your Smoke & Roses candle burns perfectly every time.

Before You Burn:

• Trim the Wick: Keep your wick at about ⅛ inch above the wax. This height helps your candle burn efficiently and prevents mushrooming, reducing soot on your vessel and in your home. Remember to trim the wick only after the candle has completely cooled.

• First Burn Matters: On your first light, let the candle burn until the entire surface of the wax has melted. This prevents tunneling and creates an even burn for future use.

Know When to Stop:

• Limit Your Burn Time: For optimal performance, burn your candle for no more than four hours at a time. Once there's about ½ inch of wax left, it's time to retire the candle. Clean out the remaining wax and get ready to enjoy your next Smoke & Roses creation.

Keep It Clean:

• Debris-Free Surface: Ensure your candle's surface remains free of soot, wick trimmings, and other debris for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn.
